We urgently require Chefs of all levels for various clients such as pubs, restaurants, hotels, golf clubs in and around Dorset area - Bournemouth , Poole, Swanage, Blandford
Competitive pay rates and flexible hours to suit you. Pay starting from -16.00 per hour and up to -18 per hour on weekends, with as little or as many hours as you are available for.

We require Chefs with:

* Knowledge and ability to run your section independently and effectively
* The ability to delegate tasks appropriately
* Ability to work without close supervision and deliver quality work
* Strong ability to produce good quality food and first-rate culinary skills
* Experience of a variety of kitchen environments and cuisines
* Awareness of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Food Hygiene Level Two Certification.
* Good communication with all members of the team
