About You: Previous experience in managing a caseload of personal injury cases.Target-driven, with a focus on delivering exceptional client care.Confident in working to set targets.Strong telephone manner and communication skills.Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.Ability to provide a high level of client care.Efficient and effective, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
