We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated Maintenance Shift Team Leaders to be based at our Denmark Hill site but may be required to work at a number of satellite sites.The successful applicants will work within the engineering team ensuring the effective maintenance and operation of all buildings, plant and associated services in an efficient, economical and safe manner in accordance with all statutory, NHS Trust and departmental guidelines.Responsibilities

The post holder’s main areas of responsibility are managing an Estates shift team, including managing three members of staff, owning the performance of the team and ensuring work is completed in a timely fashion and to the standard expected.When on the day shift, the role holder will also manage the day working maintenance teams.The role holder will need to make decisions on the priority of works to be completed throughout the shift and will need to liaise with senior managers to update on progress, risks, incidents and any other shift related information.About the Trust and Vision
