Job Title:-Warehouse Operative
Location:-Stonehouse, Gloucester, GL10 3TA
Rate:13.95-p/h + holidays
Duration: 12-months+
Hours:Monday-Friday- - -7am - 3pm The Role:

An Experienced Warehouse Operative is required by our client based in Stonehouse, Gloucester GL10

Main Responsibilities:

• Deal with any internal customers when requested to resolve issues or on the spot material demands.
• Daily Picking for Flowline Requirements
• Putting away deliveries
• Picking of free issue requirements and palatizing in ready for delivery to customers
• Breaking Down deliveries into storage size pallets
• Regular Cycle counting
• Complete relevant documentation for SAP updates
• Housekeeping inside warehouse and outside yard area
• Work with goods inwards department making sure all deliveries are checked during put away process.
• Removing waste wood, cardboard & non-resealable waste and placing in appropriate skips
• Vehicle Inspections before use
• Racking Inspections

Knowledge, Skills and Experience;
Essential

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive thinker with attention to detail.
• Ability to change direction and handle multiple responsibilities and tasks on a regular basis.
• Knowledge and basic user of Microsoft Office tools e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
• Knowledge of SAP is a relevant plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Team attitude: eager to cooperate with others, has exceptional interpersonal-communication skills.
• Counterbalance, Bendi Truck & A5 Experience / Licenses

Desirable

• Knowledge of MOBIS SAP warehouse Interface
• FLT experience/ licence (not essential)

Qualifications;

• Demonstrated background in warehouse / logistics.
• PC Literate
