You will be working 3 days a week in the office and 2 days at home. There is an on call rota that is 1 in 5 and you will receive an on call bonus. Key Skills: CCNP Proven MSP experience at 3rd Line level LAN/WAN/SD-Wan Good routing protocols - OSPF, BGP Layer 2 and Layer 3 routing andamp; switching environments FortiGate Firewall policies Web filtering, application control, IPS/IDS signatures, SD-WAN. FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer. Azure and AWS Networking technologies and deployments Responsibilties Proactively monitor and maintain hosted and managed systems. Take ownership of client problems and respond proactively. To assist service desk engineers as a mentor point to develop overall skill levels across teams.
