The Forward Trust delivers life-changing recovery services across Liverpool, including the SHARP day rehab programme and The Brink, a unique, discreet space where people affected by addiction feel safe to ask for help. As our Volunteer Coordinator, you ll play a vital role in supporting people in recovery to volunteer, build confidence, and progress towards employment, while making sure our services are powered by well-trained, supported volunteers. About the role This is a hands-on, people-focused role coordinating volunteers across Forward Trust services in Liverpool. You ll recruit, train, mentor and deploy volunteers, many of whom are using volunteering as part of their recovery journey. The role includes occasional evening and weekend work, and representing Forward Trust at volunteer and business forums.
