Customer Service Advisor
We have a vacancy wthin the Customer Service Centre at Lincolnshire County Council, within the Adult Care Team, for a Customer Service Advisor. Main Responsibilities: The position is to deal with contacts via telephone and email from the public and professionals, who are contacting the council for information and advice, to report a safeguarding or to access a service within the Adult Care, Carer Service and/or the Wellbeing Service. These calls can be complex, sensitive, and emotive, therefore training will be provided. Requirements and Personal profile: Ideally you will be a passionate and customer focused person with experience of working within a busy Customer Care or Customer Service Centre environment. Experience within a social care setting would be preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided. Strong communication skills, especially on the telephone. Able to take complex and sensitive telephone calls and gather the relevant information. Excellent IT skills with the ability to update computer records. Excellent attention to detail. Professional
