Amour Recruitment is looking for a highly organised Recruitment Administrator to join a busy HR team at our clients brand-new, state-of-the-art head office.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love keeping things organised, and pride yourself on accuracy and clear communication, this could be the perfect next step.This is a 100% office-based role where you''ll play a key part in supporting HR operations and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.What you''ll be doingManaging the recruitment process - creating adverts, liaising with agencies, screening CVs, arranging interviews and issuing offer lettersConducting new starter inductions and supporting onboardingPreparing HR documentation including contracts, offers and termination lettersMaintaining HR systems, employee records and leave plannersSupporting staff appraisals, wellbeing initiatives and employee engagementManaging HR inbox queries and providing confidential support to employeesCoordinating compliance tasks, contractor visits and certification recordsSupporting disciplinary, grievance and review meetings across sitesWhat we''re looking forPrevious Recruitment or HR Administration experience but wouldn''t suit if you have your CIPD and want to progress in HR.Highly organised and proactive with great attention to detailConfident using MS Word and ExcelExcellent communication skills and a professional, confidential approachFull UK driving licence and access to your own carSalary: £27,000 - £30,000H
