You''ll work alongside a committed pastoral and SEND team to help students regulate, engage, and move forward with confidence.Key ResponsibilitiesEmotional and Behavioural SupportProvide tailored 1:1 and small-group interventions for students with SEMH needs.Use trauma-informed, restorative, and nurturing approaches to support emotional regulation.Help create a calm, safe and consistent learning environment. Relationship BuildingAct as a trusted adult and positive role model for young people.Build strong, professional relationships that encourage resilience, communication, and self-belief.
