Health and Safety Consultant Milton Keynes - Onsite 3 days a week 3 - 6 month contract Inside of IR35 Qualifications - someone who already has NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent vocational qualification in occupational health and safety. Someone who is currently completing the diploma or similar vocational qualification is not suitable. They won''t have the depth/breadth of knowledge needed.Ideally with membership of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH). Have, or be working towards, Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner status with IOSH (CMIOSH or CertIOSH). If they are TechIOSH, you know they don''t have the diploma or equivalent level of qualification. If there not a member of IOSH but of IIRSM, that''s fine as wellWe are ooking for it to show experience in auditing/inspections, risk management, accident investigations or activities which show/suggest they have a detailed working knowledge of the broad range of existing, new and emergent safety legislation, HSE Codes of Practice and Guidance and how to apply it. So, someone who has previously operated in a Handamp;S consultant role, Handamp;S Advisor, Handamp;S Manager etc.Handamp;S experience working in a relevant industry/sector would be beneficial, so retail, FM etc but it''s not essential.
