Due to continued growth, they''re looking for a 1st Line Support Technician to join their busy Service Desk team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has already gained some good IT support experience, who enjoys helping people, wants exposure to a wide range of technologies and is keen to progress towards 2nd Line support and beyond. What you''ll be doing: Acting as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email and helpdesk system Troubleshooting and resolving 1st line technical issues remotely Supporting users with Windows, Microsoft 365, passwords, connectivity and general desktop support issues Logging and managing tickets through to resolution in line with SLAs Keeping clients updated with clear, friendly communication Preparing and configuring laptops, desktops and new user setups Escalating more complex issues to 2nd Line engineer
