Interim HR Business PartnerManufacturing/Distribution and Head Office Functions5-6 month InterimHybrid working modelClient DetailsPageGroup are delighted to support a highly successful manufacturing and distribution company based in Walsall with the appointment of an Interim HR Business Partner to join for a 5-6 months interim contract.This role can offer hybrid working of 3-4 days in the office per weekDescription The role of Interim HR Business Partner will be working as part of a small HR team, reporting to a HR Director, this is a varied and generalist role, supporting with both operational and strategic HR matters. The role will involve partnering with various Head Office functions within this manufacturing/distribution businessThis will include but not limited to:Provide expert advise on all employee relations caseworkCoaching and mentoring line managers to deal with people mattersMentor and support development of junior members of staff in the HR teamDeputise for the HR management/leadership where needed attending SLT meetings etcSupport with recruitment and on-boardingManage HR projects and initiativesSupport the HR Director to embed the people strategyProfileIdeal candidates will have a proven HR generalist background and comfortable dealing with both operational and strategic matters.Ideally you will be qualified to CIPD level 5 or 7You will be able to start at short notice and commit to a 5-6 month interim assignmentJob OfferUp to 55kHybrid working 5-6 months inter
