Full job descriptionAssistant Estimator Liverpool up to 45,000 main contractorAn established, successful main contractor is seeking an Assistant / Estimator to continue their recent successes.With lots of tenders already won for the new year, they are now looking for an Assistant Estimator to initially support multiple tenders for later in the year: on major, landmark projects on a wide range of projects including commercial, residential, retail, leisure and offices (new builds, refurbishments and fitouts!).In your role as Assistant Estimator, you will be supporting the Managing Estimator within the team, tendering for projects.If you are successful in your application, as Assistant Estimator you will become an integral member of a dynamic Pre-Construction team within a company that offer a generous package, a close-knit team, and the opportunity to work on unique, high value projects, as well as a long-term path to moving into a more senior role.The successful Assistant Estimator will have prior experience as an Assistant Estimator within the construction industry.Requirements for this Assistant Estimator position:Previous experience working as an Assistant Estimator within construction.Full UK Driving License and own car preferredYou must be personable, articulate and confident to liaise with stakeholders at all levelsPackage for this Assistant Estimator position:Up to 45,000 salaryCar/travel allowanceCompetitive pensionFast-tracked career progression
