Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the MEP BIM delivery across a variety of building services projects. Oversee and coordinate outsourced Revit modelling teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality of work. Maintain and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and protocols in line with industry best practice. Provide technical support and training to internal teams to enhance BIM capability. Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated and clash-free models. Manage BIM deliverables, documentation, and data exchange protocols on multiple projects. Perform quality control checks and reviews of Revit MEP models.
