This is an excellent position for an aspiring management accountant, who has gained broad month end exposure and is looking for a step up in responsibility into a role where they will produce the PandL for their assigned sites. You will be joining a commercially focused and highly sucessful organisation in a varied role, which provides exposure across the wider business and genuine opportunities for long term development.The position would suit an ACCA / CIMA part qualified accountant who enjoys taking ownership of their remit within a fast moving environment.Key responsibilities will include:Production of monthly management accounts and supporting month-end processesPreparation of investor and management reporting packsKPI reporting and analysis of budget versus actual performanceManaging accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliationsResponsibility for payroll administration and liaison with external payroll providersOversight of accounts payable and accounts receivable activitiesPreparation and submission of VAT returnsBank reconciliations and intercompany transactionsReviewing and improving internal financial controls and processesProducing ad hoc financial reporting and analysis to support business decisionsThe successful candidate will ideally have:Experience producing monthly management accounts Strong Excel skills ..... full job details .....
