We''re currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major transformation programme focused on service redesign, digital delivery and business improvement.This Senior Business Analyst role will lead on the development of Business Analysis frameworks and end-to-end BA delivery across a range of transformation projects. The successful Senior Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders, ICT teams and suppliers to support process redesign, solution implementation and business readiness activity.The Role - Lead the development and implementation of Business Analysis frameworks, standards and methodologies. - Deliver end-to-end business analysis across transformation and digital projects. - Elicit, document and validate business and system requirements. - Produce process maps, data flows, user stories, impact assessments and business cases. - Analyse existing services and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. - Support the design, testing and implementation of digital solutions. - Work closely with stakeholders, project teams, ICT and suppliers across the full project lifecycle. - Support business readiness, change activity and service redesign initiatives. - Ensure compliance with GDPR, DPIAs and relevant governance requirements.
