About the Role
We are looking for a Paint Sprayer with a basic understanding of paint application and surface preparation to join our workshop team. You will work on Rolling Stock, learning and developing your skills while delivering high-quality finishes.

What is required of the Paint Sprayer:

• Basic knowledge of paint application and prepping surfaces.
• Interest in paints, coatings, and finishing techniques.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, motivated, and able to follow instructions.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

• Prepare and prime surfaces, including cleaning, sanding, and masking.
• Apply paints, primers, and coatings using spray equipment.
• Work with different paints, thinners, and sandpaper grits.
• Assist with colour matching and blending.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Check finished work to ensure quality standards are met.
