The business is witnessing continued growth across their operations by the successful attraction of new customers and the development of existing accounts.The successful Management Accounts Assistant will play an important part in analysing and providing commercial insights across the business, partnering the Sales team and liaising with Suppliers to ensure effective pricing, control of rebates, and maintaining suitable cash flow.Key ResponsibilitiesTo calculate and maintain accurate discount accruals.To calculate and prepare discount payments monthly, quarterly and annual basis.Liaise with sales team and customers regarding discounts and provide ad hoc assistance for matters arising in relation to rebates.Prepare monthly discount and customer balance sheet reconciliations.Save down and review rebate elements of Customer Contracts and Heads of TermsAuthorise and assist Credit Control with coding for settlement discounts and rebates deducted from payment.Assist in the annual audit for all discount related queries.Prepare monthly supplier balance sheet reconciliations.Assist with processing supplier rebate credit notes with Shared Services.Liaise with Purchasing to ensure all supplier shipthrough rebates ar
