Manage an active caseload of property disputes, including landlord and tenant issues, boundary disagreements, lease renewals and possession proceedingsProvide clear, strategic advice tailored to clients\'' needsDraft, negotiate and review legal documents with precision and attention to detailBuild lasting client relationships through consistent communication and first-class service deliveryPlay a key role in the continued development of the team and wider practiceRequirements
