You will be playing a crucial role within a busy department and a business who are growing and investing.Role and Responsibilities Planning and co-ordinating all types of service works, repairs, and emergency faults with customers Responding to any customers questions (email and phone) Scheduling engineers to certain jobs and reacting to breakdowns Raising paperwork and making sure it has been done correctly and efficiently.
