Youll play a key role in creating a welcoming, smooth-running environment where guests feel cared for and valued. If you enjoy working in a dynamic, hands-on role and take pride in making a difference to our guests stay, wed love to hear from you!In this hands-on role, youll work within a small, close-knit team to ensure our hotel runs smoothly and our guests have a seamless experience. Your duties will include general maintenance, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks, and working closely with housekeeping and front office teams to coordinate maintenance in guest bedrooms and public areas. Youll respond promptly to any requests, ensuring guest needs are addressed efficiently and with care.No two days are the same! From changing a light bulb to fixing a leak, testing emergency lights, or carrying out fire safety checks, youll handle a wide variety of tasks. Your work will directly contribute to our guests comfort and satisfaction, helping create memorable experiences that keep them coming back.What were looking for:

Ideally previous hotel maintenance experience as a Maintenance Assistant or EngineerA DIY enthusiast who can turn their hand to almost anythingPride in your work, with attention to detail and a commitment to completing tasks properlyFlexibility with working hours, including occasional Saturdays, to ensure jobs are finished to the highest standardStrong interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and colleagues, ensuring any maintenance work is handled professionally with minimal disruptionWhat next?
