We''re looking for a Head of Construction to lead and inspire our delivery teams across a diverse and ambitious water infrastructure and non infrastructure programme. This pivotal role will oversee the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of major and minor construction projects - ensuring that every build contributes to a sustainable future for our communities and environment. This role will be looking after large number of site teams on major water projects and will require a strong leader accustomed to large value projects

About The Candidate:
You''re an experienced construction leader with a passion for delivering complex infrastructure projects that make a real difference. You''ll bring:
andmiddot; Significant experience in large-scale construction management - ideally within the water, utilities or infrastructure sector.
andmiddot; A deep understanding of construction techniques, engineering processes, and project planning.
andmiddot; Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and engage multidisciplinary teams.
andmiddot; Proven experience managing budgets, contracts, and stakeholder relationships.
andmiddot; A forward-thinking approach - open to innovation, collaboration and change.
andmiddot; A valid UK driving licence
