to lead a dedicated team, ensuring our leisure facilities run smoothly and continue to serve as a welcoming space for everyone in the community in our Ten - Pin Bowling Department.Hours:

37hrs a week - Monday to Sunday - Rota basisClosing date: 7th October 2025Salary: up to £26,043.00 paResponsibilities

Lead a dedicated team in the Ten-Pin Bowling Department to ensure facilities run smoothly and remain welcoming for all members of the community.Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive, inclusive environment.Work on a 37-hour weekly rota, including weekends, to cover operating hours.Requirements

Experience of a customer facing environmentExperience of working in a supervisory roleAbility to establish key relationships with staff, customers and other user groupsExcellent communications skills, with the ability to deal with people at all levelsA hands-on approachCash handling experience preferableExperience of working within a teamBenefits
