Legal Director/Partner - CardiffHybrid WorkingExtensive Benefit PackageMy client is seeking to recruit a confident and business development-focused Partner to support the growth of their ambitious Private Client team based in their Cardiff office. You will work directly with a team of dedicated individuals to develop and expand the private client team.Non-contentious private client/wealthAdvising in relation to IHT planning, will, LPA and Trust draftingAdvising individuals on lifetime giving and the protection of wealthProviding pre-sale tax planning advice for shareholders in private limited companiesOwner-managed business successionAdvising institutional trustees and executors (including private banks/family offices), on all aspects of trusteeship and estate administrationAdministering taxable estates (with business assets, agricultural assets and trust interests, etc)You will have already gained considerable experience in these types of matters, and have developed a strong reputation locally with a variety of clients and business networks. The firm are looking for an individual who will take a key role in growing the department and increasing its presence within the market through a positive and proactive approach to business development.About the client
