Based in Central London, the business continues to expand across UK and EU markets.Your New RoleAs Credit Controller / Accounts Receivable Analyst, you''ll play a key role in managing cash flow, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting wider finance operations. This is a hands-on role offering exposure across credit control, accounting support, VAT, and Amazon Seller Central reporting.You''ll be office-based five days per week, working closely with senior stakeholders and contributing to continuous finance process improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable / Credit ControlProactively chase outstanding debts by phone and email in line with agreed payment termsInvestigate and resolve internal and external payment queries, keeping directors informed of progressReview invoices, remittances, and payments to identify and resolve discrepanciesProcess customer credit card payments via PDQ machines and payment terminalsIssue weekly/monthly statements, invoices, and credit notes (and on request)Set up new customer accounts and liaise with internal teams to support timely query resolutionFinancial Analysis and Accounting SupportRecord and reconcile transactions across the sales ledger, purchase ledger, and cashbookAccurately pro
