We’re hiring for a Part-Time Payroll Administrator to join a well-established business based in Poynton.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing payroll processes and making sure employees are paid accurately and on time.

What’s on offer?

• £15 – £17.50 per hour
• Up to 25 hours per week with flexible working days
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Christmas shutdown
• Company-funded events throughout the year

What will you be doing as a Part time Payroll Administrator?

• Processing weekly and monthly payroll
• Collecting hours and rates from clients
• Issuing payslips accurately and on time
• Preparing and distributing payslips, P45s, P60s, and other relevant documentation.
• Responding to client and employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assisting with ad-hoc administrative and finance-related duties as required.

What we’re looking for

• Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, or similar payroll software
• Previous experience in a payroll or finance admin role
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
