This will involve working on the CP7 Framework including minor works and civils packages. What you will be doing:Contract administration under the Main Contract and Subcontracts.Support the team with management of subcontract payment notices in accordance with statutory and company requirements.Assist in the preparation of periodic cost/value reconciliation reports.Identify risks and opportunities in the administration of commercial processes upstream and downstream.Monitoring of planned vs actual cost across disciplines (Labour, Plant, Material, and Subcontract).Timely issue of contractual notices and quotations under the project.First principles estimating.
