About the Role We are currently recruiting an experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant (Nights) to join a luxury country house care setting in the Caldicot area. Working 37.5 hours per week on nights, you will play a key senior role in supporting the smooth running of the shift. You will lead by example, ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable and respected throughout the night while delivering high-quality, person-centred care aligned with the home''s values of dignity, independence and choice. You will support and guide care staff, administer medication where required, complete accurate documentation, and carry out regular night checks to promote safety and wellbeing. About the Home This beautiful converted manor house offers a warm, homely environment for residents aged 55 and over, complemented by excellent garden facilities and a varied activities programme. The home features 49 bedrooms in total, including: • 31 bedrooms with en-suite facilities• 16 bedrooms with private washing facilities• Two twin rooms for residents who wish to share companionship or live with a family member All rooms overlook well-maintained gardens, with ground floor rooms enjoying views of the surrounding countryside.
