Some of your duties will include: Working collaboratively within the HR team in their provision of an excellent and comprehensive HR service to the business. Supporting with projects. This is likely to include work on the continuing implementation of a combined HR and payroll system, supporting contractual change consultations with staff, reviewing polices and documentation. Supporting recruitment processes as required including Creating interview schedules, question sets and skills tests, running interview days and participating on interview panels. As well as writing offer letters and contracts and ensuring compliance with all pre-employment checks Providing support on ER issues (including disciplinary, capability, grievance, absence, flexible working).
