Finance Manager (High Needs Safety Valve and SEND) A Local Authority in West Yorkshire are looking to appoint a talented Finance Manager on an Interim basis, are working with Spencer Clarke Group to find a successful candidate. What''s on offer:Rates: 500 per day, inside IR35. Negotiable based on experience Please submit your CV with the rate you requireFully Remote (Hybrid Preferred).Contract type: Contract (37 hrs a week)Hours: 09:00 -17:00 About the role -This role will Focused specifically on High Needs Safety Valve and SEND expenditure, supporting financial oversight in this complex area. Responsibilities:Based in West Yorkshire: (Fully Remote)No line management Sole responsibility for SEND and High Needs Safety Valve expenditure Requires strong understanding of local authority finance structures Both roles use SAP for financial systems and reporting.
