Job Title: Senior Quantity SurveyorEast LondonPermanentSalary: £70,000The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team based in East London. You\''ll be responsible for managing commercial projects from pre-contract through to completion, ensuring profitability, compliance, and client satisfaction. This is a key leadership role where you\''ll guide surveyors, support senior commercial managers, and help drive commercial success across projects.Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership to Quantity Surveyors and support the wider commercial teamBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders and client counterpartsOversee commercial projects from pre-contract stage through to final accountsManage sub-contracts including tendering, awarding, and monthly payment assessmentsProduce accurate forecasts, CVRs, and final accountsEnsure all internal and client processes are followed to minimise commercial riskAccurately value completed work and ensure timely cash collectionA company car or car allowance is included in the role, so a full UK driving licence (with no more than 6 penalty points) is required.The Ideal Candidate

Essential: Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial SurveyingEssential: NEC TSC contract experience and knowledge of ICC Term ContractsStrong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation skillsGood interpersonal and problem-solving skillsStrong numeracy, analytical, written, and presentation skillsA process-driven approach with the ability to work across multiple stakeholdersOpportunity Overview
