Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) - Opportunities in and around Ipswich
Are you passionate about supporting young people in their education? We are currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) for a variety of roles in and around Ipswich.
We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, with flexibility to suit your availability. Whether you''re looking for daily supply work, short-term cover, or a long-term/permanent position, we can support you every step of the way.
You will have the opportunity to work across a range of educational settings, including:
- Primary Schools
- Secondary Schools
- SEN (Special Educational Needs) Schools
Our roles include:
- Whole class support
- 1:1 support
- Small group interventions
- Behaviour and pastoral support
Requirements:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in education or childcare (desirable but not essential)
- A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
- Relevant experience working with SEN pupils is highly valued
Desirable SEN experience includes:
- ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder)
- SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs)
- GDD (Global Developmental Delay)
- ADHD
- Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)
- Behavioural challenges and sensory needs
