We will nurture talent and smart investment to drive superior performance and growth.The Role :Booking of travel for all team members across the Klarent portfolioPrioritisation of travel requirements as necessary, processing requests in a timely fashion to secure the best possible costEnsuring a thorough understanding of requests in order that all travel is accurately bookedTo correctly record travel detail to assist with audit requirements and spend consolidationProviding ad hoc support to Head Office PA team as necessaryAccurate scheduling of meetings, conference calls and calendar appointments as and when requiredWork with the Klarent leadership team on specific initiatives, undertaking general administrative duties as required (involving word, excel and power-point)Mail handling and distributionStationery orderingKlarent Hospitality is a leading hotel investment and management company.
