The role will involve working with children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in supporting students who require additional help to thrive both academically and emotionally. You''ll play a key role in helping pupils develop confidence, resilience, and skills for life.Key Responsibilities:Provide tailored classroom and 1:1 support to pupils with SEMH needsSupport students in managing their emotions, behaviour, and engagement with learningWork closely with teaching staff and the SENCO to implement individual learning plans (ILPs)Encourage positive relationships and help students build their social skillsAssist in the planning and delivery of engaging, inclusive activitiesContribute to the wellbeing and safeguarding of all pupilsAbout You:Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEMH needs is desirableCalm, empathetic, and patient approachAble to build strong, trusting relationships with students and staffGood communication and teamwork skillsA genuine commitment to helping young people overcome challengesRelevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE L
