In case of interest, we have been awarded the sole supplier for the build of this team.This role involves building digital services that meet user needs and comply with the Digital by Default service standard, working in Agile teams to deliver high-quality software.Activities include: Creating and maintaining bespoke large applications using PHP and Typescript.Developing user-focused digital servicesCollaborating in Agile teams (Scrum)Unit testing, version control (Git), and work tracking (Jira)Supporting documentation and knowledge sharingDeveloping and mentoring junior developers Must-Have Experience Enterprise-Level PHP Development - Proven experience building and maintaining complex, scalable systems.Frameworks - Hands-on expertise with Zend, and/or Laravel.Database Skills - Strong command of MySQL, including query optimization and relational data modelling.API Integrations - Experience designing and integrating with RESTful APIs in a production environment.Cloud-Based Environments - Familiarity with deploying and maintaining applications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Version Control - Solid Git workflow knowledge for collaborative development.
