Role Overview:
As a Care and Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with daily living activities, promoting their independence, and enhancing their quality of life. Your responsibilities will include providing personal care, supporting with meal preparation, and assisting with medication management, all while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support to clients in accordance with their individual care plans.
• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients'' health or wellbeing to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, their families, and other team members.
