Flexible in terms of how these hours are worked.Key Responsibilities:Supporting the end-to-end delivery of large corporate events (in-person, virtual, and hybrid)Planning and coordinating logistics including venues, suppliers, catering, and event materialsManaging and tracking event budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and accurately reportedLiaising with internal stakeholders across BD, Marketing, and senior leadership teamsManaging invitations, registrations, and attendee communicationsSupporting event promotion and marketing
