The Role
You will handle a varied caseload including:

- Administration of Estates and Trusts
- Tax Planning
- Drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney
- Elderly and Vulnerable Client matters

You will be working alongside a supportive, multidisciplinary team that includes in-house tax accountants, IT professionals, and contentious probate specialists.
 
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will:

- Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 2 years’ experience in Private Client law
- Have strong knowledge of estate and trust administration, tax planning, and client care
- Ideally hold or be working towards STEP or Association of Lifetime Lawyers membership
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organisational, and IT skills
- Be confident, motivated, and sensitive in dealing with elderly clients and bereaved families
- Enjoy working collaboratively within a close-knit team

There will also be opportunities to engage with international matters, including cross-border estate planning and private client work involving Spain.
