This operational HR role involves working across administrative and legal frameworks in Northeast, Northwest, and Central Syria. You will collaborate with MAG’s Syria and Middle East teams to design recruitment strategies, advise on employment law, develop HR systems, and support organisational People and Culture initiatives. Your goal is to ensure our People and Culture function is transparent, accessible, and compliant to enable high-quality programming with maximum impact.About you:You will have experience developing HR systems, policies, and procedures in an international context. While humanitarian sector experience is not required, you should have strong project management, people management, communication, and influencing skills, along with knowledge of employment law. You should be organised, proactive, and able to support workforce planning. Flexibility, research skills, and the ability to analyse information are essential.
