Role Purpose:Collaborate with a team of Financial Planners and colleagues to prepare recommendations, produce suitability reports, and maintain client records. Promote our clients'' services professionally and in compliance with FCA regulations. Core Duties and Responsibilities:Preparation of Recommendations:Discuss client objectives and recommendations with Financial PlannersConduct tax planning calculations and assess provider communicationsUtilise investment and product research systems like Voyant and FE AnalyticsPrepare written recommendations and maintain client filesLiaise with the admin team and Financial Planners to ensure accurate implementation of recommendationsPerform cash flow planning analysisOther Tasks and Functions:Maintain and improve research systems and processesProvide technical support to Financial PlannersAdhere to compliance requirements and proceduresShare knowledge and experience with other Paraplanners and traineesAssist in planning and delivering client information sessions and business development eventsPromote the business externally and build a network for future growthKnowledge and Experience:Diploma level 4 qualification with previous paraplanning experienceExperience with pension transfers, tax pl
