Experienced Mortgage Broker looking for more leads, autonomy, and earning potential?
This is a high-quality, self-employed opportunity within a professional and well-established brokerage offering flexibility, support, and a strong stream of leads to help you succeed.
What’s on offer:

• OTE £75k+ Year 1 / £100k+ Year 2
• Tiered commission from 40% to 70% – based on monthly completions
• 4 days in-office (Islington), 1 day from home
• 10–15 leads per week provided
• Post-submission admin support
• Commission advance scheme available (3–6 months)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert mortgage advice for purchases and remortgages
• Build and nurture client relationships
• Guide clients through a stress-free, compliant process
• Stay up to date with the mortgage market
• Maintain the highest ethical and FCA standards

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 18 months’ experience as a Mortgage Adviser
• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
• Confident generating and converting business
• Strong communication and client service skills
