IT Trainer

Fixed term contract - 12 months Role summary: To work with our TCH stakeholders to design, deliver and evaluate user training for IT applications delivered and supported by IT. Role specific responsibilities: Develop and deliver IT training materials on a wide range of software applications (e.g., session plans, user guides, videos, and other interactive content). Create impactful resources and update training manuals and handouts, such as user guides, manuals, and hints-and-tips tailored to our staff. Support technology change initiatives through tailored training solutions as part of projects and development release cycle and ensuring usage of systems is optimised. Maintain relevant business applications knowledge and associated business policies, processes, and procedures. Analyse individual and group training needs by gathering information pertaining to work procedures, workflow, and reports, understanding job specific functions and tasks and working directly with users to support adoption, understand the effectiveness of applications and identify opportunities for improvement. Design, organise and effectively deliver training courses on IT applications to meet the needs of all staff, using technology and pre-developed learning assets (e-learning, recorded webinars, videos, user guides, etc.).
