Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver a wide range of building surveying services, including:Dilapidations and schedules of conditionParty wall matters and neighbourly adviceAcquisition surveys and defect analysisContract administration for refurbishment and maintenance projectsManage projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery to client expectationsBuild and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to business development opportunitiesSupport and mentor junior surveyors within the teamLiaise with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure success
