Manage high-quality clinical negligence cases from the initial interview through to settlement, within a supportive and collaborative team including specialist paralegal support.Represent both private clients and trade union members.Maintain an appropriate case holding and be responsible for all aspects of running those cases, including evidence gathering, instructing counsel, conferences with counsel and experts, JSMs/ADR, and progressing cases to trial (including split trials where appropriate).Profit costs forecasting and liaising with the in-house costs team on costs recovery.We are looking for candidates with up-to-date knowledge of clinical negligence and the civil litigation process. We welcome applicants with all levels of experience within this specialist area.Who we are looking for

Qualified solicitors or legal executives with up-to-date knowledge of clinical negligence and the civil litigation process.Excellent communication and client care skills; ability to empathise with vulnerable clients.Ability to construct clear and effective arguments to achieve the best results for clients.Team players who enjoy marketing and business development opportunities; proven competency and expertise in clinical negligence.For more senior candidates, accreditation with the Law Society or AVMA, or other relevant professional memberships.What we offer you
