Your new companyMy client is a successful growing business which operates out of 13 countries and is looking to add a new role to the HR team due to winning new contracts. They are looking to double their headcount in the UK in the next 12 months.Your new roleReporting to the HR Manager, you will support the operational HR functions of the company/site, ensuring that the right people, processes and structures are in place to achieve the company''s goals efficiently and sustainably. Advising and supporting managers on all HR-related issuesUpdating policies and company handbook in line with legislationPreparation of personnel-related documentsPreparing disciplinary measures and conducting employee investigationsManaging onboarding/offboarding as well as changes in employee statusAdministration of benefits for special events in the employee life cycle (e.g. anniversaries, wedding, baby, etc.)Processing applications and answering employees'' questions in connection with authorities (e.g. parental leave)Participation in recruitment, interviews and recruiting fairsData management and recording HR data and compiling statisticsAssist in implementing modules to the HRIS system What you''ll need to succeed You will have a strong generalist background in HR.Recruitment experience Be prepared to travel as there will be occasional travel to Germany and monthly travel to other sites. This role is based on-site 5 days a week. What you''ll get in return 26 days annual leave plus BHProfit
