Champion health and safety, ensuring your shift complies with policy and proactively addressing day-to-day safety issues.
Build a supportive, inclusive workplace by promoting engagement, celebrating diversity, and tackling unacceptable behaviour.
Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential and maximise contribution.
Clearly communicate team targets and provide regular feedback, recognising strong performance and constructively challenging underperformance.
Customer
Ensure your work area is cleared on time in line with the work plan, taking swift action to resolve issues that may impact clearance.
Deliver accurate and timely shift reporting to support effective planning.
Apply Continuous Improvement methods to enhance quality, service, and efficiency.
Performance
Lead and inspire your team in line with
Atherstone Parcel Sorting Centre
standards.
Regularly review area performance, identifying and implementing opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
Share and display performance data to keep the team informed and engaged.
Support and embed change initiatives, helping your team understand and adapt to new processes.
