Location: West Brompton Job Summary The Director of Resources (DoR) has responsibility for a wide range of national and local counter terrorism (CT) functions that spans the National CT Policing (CTP) Network, the MPS and Specialist Operations (SO). DoR has direct management of several national CT functions (CTPHQ Pillars) including Strategic Finance, Human Resources, Compliance and Assurance, Commercial and Local Support Services. DoR has responsibility for over 200 personnel in CT Policing Headquarters and reports to the Director General for CTP and ACSO. They have significant management responsibilities for the delivery of change and the national CTP budget (the CT grant), engaging with senior leaders and stakeholders across a wide range of policing, government and partner intelligence agencies and external departments.
