Duties of the Tyre Fitter:

• Fitting, repairing, and replacing tyres on a variety of vehicles efficiently and to high standards
• Performing wheel balancing and puncture repairs
• Conducting wheel alignment checks and adjustments as required
• Inspecting tyres and advising customers on tyre condition, suitable replacements, and maintenance needs
• Ensuring all work complies with company quality and safety standards
• Maintaining a clean and safe workshop environment
• Assisting with general workshop duties when necessary to support team operations

Requirements of the Tyre Fitter:

• Previous experience as a Tyre Fitter or Fast Fit Technician
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong knowledge of tyre fitting, balancing, and repair processes
• Experience with wheel alignment equipment is advantageous
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
