Oversee the Food and Beverage team as they carry out their dutiesAssist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant mannerMaintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standardsProvide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionallySupport the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory managementAssist in the coordination and execution of events and special functionsEnsure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all timesDesired Skills and Experience

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is desirable but not mandatoryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficientlyStrong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standardsFlexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysBenefits
