We want someone whos passionate about the local bar scene, loves getting stuck in, and can help lead a high energy team through late night service and packed out weekends.As Assistant Manager, youll work closely with the General Manager to make sure every shift runs smoothly, the team feels supported, and guests keep coming back for more.

This is a full time role based on a 45 hour working week, at £13.50 per hour.Whats In It for You

What Youll Be Doing

Supporting the GM with daily operationsRunning smooth, high-energy shiftsLeading and motivating the team on the floorHelping manage rotas, stock, training and standardsMaking sure the vibe is always on point and the bar looks sharpKeeping everything safe, clean, and compliantBeing a welcoming, positive presence for both guests and team

What You Bring to the TablePrevious experience in a bar or hospitality leadership role (supervisor or above)A love for great service, great drinks and even better atmosphereThe ability to stay calm, lead confidently and solve problems on the flyA hands-on attitude and a natural way with peopleA decent understanding of bar operations, licensing and compliance
